Custom 4 Week Workout Plan
This is for individuals with independent motivation to workout, but would like a prescribed workout plan tailored to them and their specific goals. Get a personalized workout program created by Coach Mata. Weekly check-ins will be done to ensure everything is going well, answer questions, adjust plan if needed, and anything else you will need. The trainer will be able to make sure you are tracking your workouts through the app.
You will get:
• Access to app to track workouts and progress, find workout videos, find explanations for each exercise for proper form
• 24/7 communication with trainer
• Nutrition Advice
• Habit coaching available
• Freedom to schedule or reschedule your own workouts
• May book in-person and virtual sessions to supplement training

Full Assessment and Workout
Get a complete fitness assessment done to give insight on current fitness level and determine areas of improvement. This will allow Coach Mata to develop a specific plan to achieve your goals. You will also get a workout to get a taste of what personal training with Coach Mata will look like.

For first-timers only -
Virtual Training- 1 Session
You will get a live workout session via zoom as well as homework to complete on your own.
This is for individuals looking for:
• Personal Training
• Corrective Exercise
